Gail Gail is both the Office Manager and Insurance Specialist. Gail has been with the Practice for over 15 years.  Gail lives in Huntley, with her husband, George, and two daughters Taylor, and Kiersten. "I like seeing the changes in the patients' smiles and seeing how it makes a difference in their confidence and self-esteem."
LeAnn LeAnn is our Treatment Coordinator. She assists Dr. Hoffman with all of our new patients. LeAnn has over 17 years of experience in the orthodontic field. "I love being a part of a team that provides a service like orthodontics. Orthodontics is such a wonderful thing that you can do for yourself or your children. It makes such a huge difference in life." LeAnn currently lives with her husband, Scott, and her son, Cameron, in Crystal Lake.
Pava Pava has over ten years of Experience in the orthodontic field.  She is fluent in Spanish and also a patient of Hoffman Orthodontics, so feel free to ask her any questions about your treatment!  She lives with her daughter, Hayley, in Elgin, IL.  "I like seeing how happy patients are when they see their smile start to change. I also enjoy the wonderful relationships you build with the kids and their parents. The process of moving teeth is very fascinating to me so I enjoy learning from Dr. Hoffman."
Mary Grace (MG) MG is the scheduling coordinator and has been with the practice for almost 10 years. She lives in Willilmas Bay has 3 grown daughters and enjoys watching the changes in the patients smiles.
Rosa Rosa lives in Crystal Lake with her husband, Mario, and her two boys, Mike and Jeremy. Rosa has been an orthodontic assistant for over 5 years.  "I enjoy talking to the patients about how easy it is to move teeth and improve their smile.  It' salways nice to see familiar faces from around the area."
Abby Abby is the newest Team member at Hoffman orthodontics and is originally from Woodstock. She has over 5 years of orthodontic experience, has a great chairside manner, and excels as an orthodontic assistant.

Cathy

Cathy is one of our scheduling coordinators. She lives in Lake in the Hills with her husband, Chris, and their daughter Meghan.  She has worked in the orthodontic field for over three years, and has been with our office for nearly a year.  “I love interacting with patients and their family members. It's wonderful to see the transformation over the course of a patient’s treatment with us.”
